THANK YOU so much for booking me to photograph your wedding, I'm so excited to celebrate with you! Feel free to message me and get to know me any time before the wedding - you can also get to know me a bit more here. Please read through this guide carefully and read my tips and answer my client questions below - this is super helpful for me and will help make working together go as smoothly as possible. 

Please also download and sign your agreement below if you have not already done so  - you can sign electronically or print, sign and scan or send a picture and send back to me.

We will catch up before the day, but for now please read and fill in the questions for me below to help make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible on the day.

• Nominate someone from your wedding party who knows everyone to help gather people for your group photos (if you are having them).
• Have your details ready for photos - flowers, rings, shoes, invitations, perfume, cufflinks, etc. Gather them in one spot before I arrive at prep if you would like these shots.
• Let me know in advance about any sensitive family or guest dynamics I should be mindful of to help avoid any awkward moments.
• Relax and enjoy your day! My role is to blend in, gently guide where needed, and document the real moments between you and your best people.
   

You'll receive sneak peeks within 24 hours of your wedding day - perfect for THAT insta post/ sharing with your loved ones. Your full gallery will be ready within 6–8 weeks, depending on the season. Once received, please download and back up your images as soon as possible to ensure they’re extra safe.

The remaining balance is due latest 7 days before your wedding date. I will remind you /send a final invoice!
