IMOGEN FLORENCE PHOTOGRAPHY - CLIENT AGREEMENT 2026

(1) Imogen Collins, trading as Imogen Florence Photography, of Cherry Trees, The Green, Stadhampton, Oxford OX44 7UW ("the Photographer")

("the Client")

• The Photographer is experienced in providing photography services.
• The Client wishes to engage the Photographer to provide the services outlined below ("the Services").
• Both parties agree to the terms set out in this Agreement and the attached Terms & Conditions.

By signing (or putting into writing) this Agreement, the Client confirms they have read and accept these Terms. A legally binding contract is formed once both parties have signed/written they agree to this Agreement.

The Photographer will provide one of the following photography packages, as selected by the Client, (or bespoke package as agreed together):

• 20-minute shoot in the comfort of your home or an outdoor location (local only)
• 10 edited digital images delivered via your own password protected online gallery with options to purchase prints

• 40-minute to 1-hour shoot at the Photographer's home studio, your home, or an outdoor location
• 20 edited digital images delivered via your own password protected online gallery with options to purchase prints

• 1-hour to 90-minute shoot at the Photographer’s home studio, your home, or an outdoor location
• Optional second nearby location / additional outdoor shots
• The best images from the shoot edited and delivered via your own password protected online gallery with options to purchase prints

The shoot location and package choice will be agreed in advance. The Client and Photographer may agree in writing to vary the specification.

• The session fee is as set out in Clause 5 of the Terms & Conditions.
• A non-refundable booking fee of at least £50 is required to confirm the booking.
• The balance is payable in full prior to delivery of final images/on the day of the photoshoot via payable booking link/invoice.
• Additional expenses must be agreed in advance and are payable upon booking link/ invoice.

• Photo editing includes basic image enhancement and colour correction only. Extensive retouching is not included.
• Proof images may be sent with watermarks.
• Repeat edits are charged at £5 per image.
•  The booking fee will be retained.
• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Clients are required to select their favourite images for final editing and/or delivery within 30 days of receiving the proofing gallery. If no selection is made within this timeframe, Imogen Florence Photography reserves the right to either: make a final selection on the client’s behalf based on professional judgment, archive the gallery, with a £25 reactivation fee applicable should the client wish to resume the selection process at a later date.

This policy ensures timely editing and delivery for all clients and helps maintain an efficient workflow.

By signing this Agreement, the Client requests the Photographer to begin work immediately, waiving the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If the Client cancels after services have started, they will be liable for the work completed up to that point.

• I consent to Imogen Florence Photography capturing and using images of myself and/or minors in my care for use on social media, the Photographer’s website, and other promotional materials.
• I waive any moral rights under Chapter IV of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and any similar rights in other jurisdictions.
